The factory rear sway bars on these trucks are engineered to balance ride comfort with general handling, but fall well short of what's needed when heavy loads, slide-in campers, or large trailers are involved. The 7320 addresses this with a massive 1-5/16" solid chromoly bar - the largest diameter available from Hellwig for this platform - delivering over 20% more roll stiffness than stock.
