The Hellwig 7772 Rear Sway Bar is a direct-fit suspension upgrade engineered for the 2017-2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 and 3500 (and 2021 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 and 3500) in Single Rear Wheel, Rear-Wheel Drive and 4WD configurations. The VS30-platform Sprinter's tall, high-profile van body creates a naturally elevated center of gravity that amplifies rear body sway during cornering, loaded driving, high-speed highway travel, and crosswind exposure. Whether configured as a cargo van, passenger shuttle, Class B or Class C RV, or commercial work vehicle, the 7772's massive 1-5/16" solid chromoly bar delivers a level of rear lateral stiffness that meaningfully transforms the driving dynamics of this platform.

At 1-5/16" in diameter, the 7772 is one of the most substantial aftermarket rear sway bars available for the VS30 Sprinter - a deliberate engineering choice given the significant body roll forces generated by these tall, often heavily loaded vans. The bar is compatible with both factory-equipped rear sway bar models and those that were not equipped from the factory, fitting seamlessly in both cases using the included mounting hardware and polyurethane bushings.
