Fitment Notes

• Designed for the 2nd-generation mid-size GM Colorado/Canyon (GMT31XX platform) with a 2-4 inch aftermarket suspension lift kit.
• REQUIRES a 2-4 inch lift - NOT for factory-height trucks. Use Hellwig 7745 for stock-height Colorado/Canyon.
• Fits both 2WD and 4WD configurations.
• Fits all cab configurations (Extended Cab and Crew Cab).
• Does not fit 2023+ 3rd-generation Colorado/Canyon - that platform requires a different part.

The Hellwig 7849 Rear Sway Bar Kit delivers a major handling upgrade for 2015-2022 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks equipped with a 2-4 inch aftermarket lift kit. Built from 1-inch heat-treated 4140 chromoly spring steel, this solid adjustable-rate bar dramatically reduces body roll in cornering, towing, and hauling - restoring on-road handling that often suffers after a lift kit installation.

The kit includes adjustable end links and two rate-tuning holes in the sway bar arms, so you can dial-in the feel to match your load and driving style. Direct bolt-on installation - no drilling or welding required. Ideal for lifted ZR2, AT4, Z71, and custom Colorado/Canyon builds where the factory rear sway bar geometry no longer matches the new ride height.
