Fitment Notes

• F-150 standard models (2015-2020): fits both 2WD and 4WD, stock height through 2" of rear lift.
• F-150 Raptor (2017-2020): fits 4WD only at stock ride height - not compatible with lifted Raptor applications.
• Does NOT fit lowered F-150 models - this bar is engineered specifically for stock-height and lightly lifted configurations.
• The Ford F-150 does not come factory-equipped with a rear sway bar - this kit provides a complete add-on installation, including all axle clamps, end links, bushings, and hardware. No factory components are reused.
• Designed for use with the factory exhaust system - may not clear some aftermarket cat-back exhaust configurations without modification.
• Does not fit the 2021+ F-150 (14th generation), which uses a revised rear suspension platform.

The Hellwig 7743 Rear Sway Bar is a complete bolt-on add-on kit engineered for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 and 2017-2020 F-150 Raptor. Unlike many trucks that at least come with a minimally sized factory rear sway bar, the 13th-generation F-150 ships from the factory with no rear anti-roll bar whatsoever. This leaves the truck prone to noticeable side-to-side body sway during cornering, lane changes, towing, and high-speed highway driving, particularly in crosswinds. The Hellwig 7743 directly addresses this with a solid 1" heat-treated 4140 chromoly bar, custom-engineered for the F-150's rear axle geometry and available suspension travel range, delivering immediate and dramatic improvements in rear stability.
