Fitment Notes

• Fits Ram 2500 models equipped with rear coil springs only - this is the standard rear suspension configuration on the Ram 2500 pickup.
• 2WD Ram 2500 models: stock ride height only - not compatible with lifted 2WD applications.
• 4WD Ram 2500 models: fits stock height through 2" of rear lift.
• This bar reuses the factory rear end links - end links are NOT included in the kit.
• Does NOT fit the Ram 1500 - the 7738 is specific to the Ram 2500 axle and suspension geometry.
• Does NOT fit the Ram 2500 with rear leaf spring suspension (not applicable to standard Ram 2500 pickup, but relevant for special configurations).

The Hellwig 7738 is a 3-position adjustable rear sway bar engineered specifically for the 2014-2026 Ram 2500 equipped with rear coil springs. While the Ram 2500 does come with a factory rear sway bar, it is sized for general ride compliance rather than meaningful resistance to the kind of body sway that occurs when towing a fifth wheel, carrying a truck camper, or making spirited loaded highway maneuvers. The 7738 replaces the stock bar with a solid 1-1/8" heat-treated 4140 chromoly unit - a substantial step up in diameter that delivers noticeably stiffer rear lateral resistance and a far more controlled rear end whether the truck is empty or fully loaded.

The 3-position adjustable rate design is one of the key advantages of this bar, allowing owners to dial in the exact stiffness level that matches their current load or towing configuration - from light-duty everyday driving to maximum-load fifth wheel towing.
