The Hellwig 989 EZ-990 Helper Spring Kit is a rear load-support upgrade engineered for 2009-2014 Ford F-150 pickup applications with rear leaf springs. It works alongside the factory spring pack to help control sag, improve stability, and maintain a more level stance when towing or carrying cargo. With up to 2,000 lbs of level-load capacity, it is well suited for trucks used for light to medium towing, work equipment, and bed payloads.

This kit mounts under the factory axle U-bolt plates and uses a simple bolt-on design that does not require drilling.
