The Hellwig 7718 is a front sway bar kit engineered specifically for the 2008-2022 Ford E-Series van platform, covering E-150, E-250, E-350, and E-450 configurations across standard cargo, passenger, cutaway, and dually body styles in 2WD. The E-Series is a high-payload commercial platform frequently tasked with carrying heavy loads, towing trailers, and shuttling passengers - all scenarios where the factory front sway bar quickly reaches its limits and allows excessive body lean. The 7718's 1-3/8 inch solid 4140 chromoly bar significantly increases front roll resistance, delivering noticeably more stable and planted handling under loaded cornering and during lane changes at highway speeds.
