Product Description

The Hellwig 7977 is a pair of adjustable front sway bar end links engineered for 1999-2004 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks running 4"-6" of front lift. When a Super Duty is lifted in this range, the factory-length front sway bar end links can no longer properly span the gap between the sway bar and the suspension knuckle - a problem that leads to binding, premature end link failure, or the inability to install the sway bar at all. The Hellwig 7977 solves this with heavy-duty adjustable end links that span the correct length for any lift height within the 4"-6" window, with 2-3" of total adjustability from the shortest position to dial in a precise fit.

These end links are the required companion hardware for the Hellwig 7640 Big Wig Front Sway Bar when installed on a 4"-6" lifted Super Duty - the 7640 bar reuses factory end links at stock to moderate lift heights, but requires the 7977 kit for the full 4"-6" lifted application. Construction uses high-tensile strength threaded studs and heavy thread cores for long service life, with specially designed polyurethane bushings that handle the high degrees of articulation generated by lifted suspension geometry without tearing. All components are black powdercoated for corrosion resistance, and all fastener hardware is zinc-plated.

Sold as a pair covering both driver and passenger sides, the kit installs with common hand tools and covers all cab styles and configurations across the F-250 through F-550 Super Duty range for model years 1999-2004.
