• Depending on your specific caliper configuration, the center mounting hole of this pad may need to be drilled. Verify your caliper's pad retention method before installation.
• Not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. For use with iron/metal rotors only.
• DTC-70 is a pure motorsport compound not suitable for street use. It requires sustained elevated operating temperatures that cannot be achieved in normal road driving. Its extremely high initial bite and torque output would create unpredictable and unsafe braking behavior at cold temperatures on public roads.
• DTC-70 is Hawk's highest-torque DTC compound and performs best when the DynaPro 6 calipers are generating consistent heat through sustained high-speed circuit racing, downforce-loaded braking zones, or endurance competition. For applications where DTC-70 temperatures are not consistently achieved, DTC-60 (HB645G.490) is the more appropriate choice.
