Product Description

The Hawk HB100F.480 is a set of four HPS (High Performance Street) compound brake pads in the HB100 pad shape, designed for a wide range of popular aftermarket racing and performance calipers including the Wilwood Dynalite, Outlaw 2000, Sierra/JFZ, Aerospace Components 4-Piston, Baer S4, Jamar Performance, US Brake F33i, and many others. At 0.480" thick with a 3.96" x 2.58" pad profile (Wilwood shape 7112), these pads deliver 20-40% more stopping power than standard replacement pads with a progressive, comfortable brake feel suited for street driving.

The HPS ferro-carbon compound operates effectively from 100-700°F with an optimal window of 100-500°F, producing extremely low dust and virtually no noise while being gentle on iron rotors. Pre-chamfered edges ensure effective pad-to-rotor contact even on worn surfaces. Depending on the caliper brand, the center mounting hole may need to be drilled to the correct diameter for proper fitment. For thicker pad applications, the HB100 shape is also available in 0.625" thickness. Other Hawk compounds available in this shape include HP+ (HB100N.480), DTC-30 (HB100W.480), Blue 9012 (HB100E.480), DR-97 (HB100J.480), and Black (HB100M.480).
