Vehicle Fitment

  • 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL (Sport/Sport S/Sahara/Rubicon/Moab/Willys/Islander/Freedom/High Altitude/Rubicon 392, 3.6L V6 / 2.0L Turbo I4 / 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 / 6.4L HEMI V8, 4WD) - Front, all brake packages incl. HD Brakes, OE clips included
  • 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK (3.6L V6, 4WD) - Front, Heavy Duty Brake package (342mm rear disc) only
  • 2020-2021 Jeep Gladiator JT (Sport/Sport S/Rubicon/Overland/Mojave/Willys/High Altitude, 3.6L V6 / 3.0L EcoDiesel V6, 4WD) - Front, OE clips included

Fitment Notes

  • Front axle application only - OEM caliper, 0.712 in. pad thickness, OE hardware clips included.
  • Fits all Jeep Wrangler JL brake packages - standard and Heavy Duty (HD) Brake configurations share the same front caliper and pad interface on the JL platform.
  • 2018 JK fitment applies only to Wrangler JK models equipped with the Heavy Duty Brake package (342mm rear solid disc) - not all 2018 JKs qualify. Verify your JK's brake package before ordering if purchasing for a 2018 Wrangler.
  • Does not fit the Wrangler JK or earlier generations other than the specific 2018 JK HD brake variant listed.
  • Not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors; designed for iron/metal rotors only.
  • No electronic wear sensor included.

Features

  • LTS Ferro-Carbon compound delivers 20-40% more front stopping power over OEM replacement pads - engineered specifically for the braking demands of heavier 4WD SUVs and trucks like the Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT, including those carrying roof racks, bumpers, winches, and oversized tires.
  • Superior fade resistance for sustained hard braking during trail descents, towing, and repeated stops - the Wrangler's increased weight from off-road accessories raises thermal demands that standard replacement pads can struggle to meet.
  • Strong, balanced initial bite hot or cold - reliable front braking response from the first stop of the day on the trail or the highway.
  • Very low dust output for a truck pad - keeps the JL's and Gladiator's wheels noticeably cleaner than OEM pads while delivering more stopping power.
  • OE hardware clips included for straightforward installation without sourcing additional hardware.
  • Backed by Hawk's limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Product Description

The Hawk HB941Y.712 LTS front brake pads fit the OEM front caliper of the 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL across all trims - Sport, Sport S, Sahara, Rubicon, Moab, Willys, Islander, Freedom, High Altitude, Rubicon 4xe, and Rubicon 392 - and all standard and Heavy Duty brake packages. The pad also fits the 2020-2021 Jeep Gladiator JT across all available trims, and the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK equipped with the Heavy Duty Brake package. OE hardware clips are included with all fitments for a straightforward installation.

The LTS compound's 20-40% improvement in front stopping power over OEM replacement pads is especially meaningful for JL Wrangler and Gladiator owners who have added significant weight through off-road accessories - bumpers, winches, skid plates, roof racks, and oversized tires all increase the front-end mass the brakes must control. Superior fade resistance keeps front braking consistent during trail descents and repeated hard stops in demanding terrain. Low dust output means alloy wheels stay cleaner between washes while delivering the enhanced stopping power that built and loaded 4WD trucks demand. A proper bed-in procedure is recommended after installation.
