Fitment Notes

• Front axle application only - OEM 4-piston Brembo caliper, 0.550 in. pad thickness specific to the Focus RS.
• Does not fit the standard Ford Focus ST or base Focus - the Focus RS uses a larger front Brembo caliper with a different pad shape than other Focus variants.
• For track and race use only - DTC-60 is not recommended for street driving and must reach operating temperature before performing at full potential.
• Not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors; designed for iron/metal rotors only.

The Hawk HB889G.550 DTC-60 race brake pads are engineered for the OEM 4-piston Brembo front caliper of the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS - the dedicated 0.550 in. pad shape used exclusively on the RS's uprated brake system. For Focus RS competitors who regularly circuit race or attend HPDE events at sustained track speeds and have found street-compound pads fading under load, the DTC-60 delivers the race-level front brake torque needed to exploit the RS's AWD chassis and torque-vectoring rear differential to their fullest.

The Focus RS's combination of AWD traction, relatively light weight, and high front brake loading makes it well suited to the DTC-60's modulation characteristics - the compound's high torque output with excellent release allows late, deep braking into corners without unsettling the front end. Like all DTC compounds, these pads require a proper race bed-in procedure after installation and must be at operating temperature before they perform at their best.
