The Hawk Performance HB518B.642 HPS 5.0 rear brake pads are engineered to provide superior braking performance for a wide range of BMW and Land Rover vehicles. Utilizing Hawk's proprietary HPS 5.0 compound, these pads deliver enhanced stopping power with a higher coefficient of friction compared to stock pads, resulting in shorter stopping distances and improved resistance to brake fade.

With an operating temperature range of 100-750°F (38-399°C) and an optimal range of 100-550°F (38-288°C), the HPS 5.0 compound ensures consistent braking performance under various driving conditions. These pads are designed for use with iron or metal rotors and are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. Installation is straightforward, with included OE-style clips for a direct fitment.

Please note that while these pads offer enhanced performance over OEM pads, they are not intended for heavy-duty applications or extreme racing conditions. For such applications, consider Hawk's DTC series pads.
