  • 2017-2025 Honda Civic Si (1.5L Turbo I4, FWD) - Rear
  • 2017-2025 Honda Civic Type R / Type R Limited Edition (2.0L Turbo I4, FWD) - Rear
  • 2025 Acura Integra Type S (2.0L Turbo I4, FWD) - Rear

  • 2016 Acura RDX SH-AWD (2nd gen, 3.5L V6, AWD) - Rear

Fitment Notes

  • Rear axle application only - OEM caliper, 0.572 in. pad thickness shared across the Honda Civic 10th (FK/FC) and 11th (FL/FE) gen and Acura RDX 3rd gen (TB) rear caliper.
  • Covers all Honda Civic 10th and 11th generation trims from base LX through the Type R - all share the same rear caliper interface regardless of engine or performance level.
  • Not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors; designed for iron/metal rotors only.
  • Still drivable on the street after a track day or autocross event without requiring pad changes.
  • Expect increased dust and noise compared to HPS or OEM pads.
  • No electronic wear sensor or hardware included.

Features

  • HP Plus Ferro-Carbon compound delivers the maximum friction levels available in a rear pad that remains streetable - the ideal upgrade for Civic Si and Type R owners who regularly compete in autocross or attend HPDE sessions.
  • Wide operating temperature range of 100-800°F with an optimal window of 100-600°F - effective from cold street use through sustained hard braking at circuit and autocross speeds.
  • Significantly higher rear bite than HPS - more aggressive rear deceleration for improved overall brake balance under track conditions on the front-heavy Civic platform.
  • Fade-resistant across consecutive hard stops - meaningful improvement over HPS for drivers pushing the Civic Type R or Si at the limit.
  • Still drivable on the street after an event - no dedicated warm-up requirement, no mandatory pad swap between track and road use.
  • Backed by Hawk's limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Product Description

The Hawk HB900N.572 HP Plus rear brake pads fit the OEM rear caliper of the Honda Civic 10th generation (2016-2021, FK/FC), 11th generation (2022-2025, FL/FE), and the Acura RDX 3rd generation (2019-2020, TB) and 2016 RDX SH-AWD, as well as the 2025 Acura Integra Type S. All Civic trims share the same rear caliper - from the base 2.0L LX through the turbocharged Si and the high-revving Type R - making this a single pad solution for the entire 10th and 11th gen Civic lineup's rear axle.

For Civic Type R and Si owners who autocross or attend track days and want more rear braking performance than the HPS provides, the HP Plus delivers the highest friction output available in a pad that can be driven home after the event. The compound's wide effective temperature window - starting from cold and extending to 800°F - provides confident rear braking from the very first stop while building into its full performance potential as temperatures rise during competition. A proper bed-in procedure is required after installation to achieve optimal performance and pad transfer.
