Product Description

The Hawk HB650F.730 is an HPS (High Performance Street) front brake pad built for the Nissan GT-R, spanning both the JDM launch year and the full US market run from 2009 through 2018. Its Ferro-Carbon compound, developed from Hawk's aerospace and motorsports friction technology, delivers 20 to 40 percent more stopping power than stock pads, along with a higher coefficient of friction and significantly better resistance to brake fade.

The result is better pedal feel and more consistent braking performance, all while producing less brake dust than a typical OEM pad. With an upper operating range of 800-900°F, HPS can handle light track use, though it's built as a street compound rather than a dedicated race pad, so it's not intended for extended high-temperature track sessions.

Works with stock, slotted, or cross-drilled iron/metal rotors -- not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. Installs like a conventional pad with no modifications needed, in under an hour per side. Backed by Carlisle Brake & Friction's warranty against manufacturing defects.
