Product Description

The Hawk HB658N.570 HP Plus is a set of Ferro-Carbon front brake pads designed for the 2006-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 and 2010-2013 Grand Sport equipped with one-piece front rotors. The HP Plus compound is a crossover street/motorsport pad engineered for autocross, Solo II, and track day use that can also be driven safely on the street -- eliminating the need to swap pads between the track and the drive home. The Ferro-Carbon formulation delivers an extremely high coefficient of friction with strong fade resistance under repetitive heavy braking, making it an ideal upgrade over stock pads for high-performance driving.

HP Plus offers lower wear rates and higher torque values than many competitive track-oriented compounds while remaining streetable. Each pad is factory burnished by Hawk for faster initial bed-in, though a proper bed-in procedure with your rotors is still required before spirited use. Due to the aggressive friction levels, drivers should expect increased rotor wear, brake dust, and noise compared to standard street pads -- this is a normal characteristic of the high-performance compound.
