Fitment Notes

• Thread size is M12 x 1.5 (small thread). Verify thread boss compatibility before installation. For larger thread applications, see HT-010302 (3/8 NPT) or HT-010304 (1/8 NPT with Deutsch DTM-2 connector).
• Maximum operating temperature is 127°C (260°F). This sensor is rated for coolant temperature use within normal engine operating ranges.

The Haltech HT-010300 is a universal coolant temperature (ECT) sensor with an M12 x 1.5 small thread, designed for use with all Haltech ECU platforms. It threads directly into thermostat housings, engine blocks, cylinder heads, or custom coolant fittings that use the M12 x 1.5 thread - a common size across a wide range of Japanese and European engines. The sensor delivers accurate real-time coolant temperature data to the ECU, which uses this information to manage cold-start fueling, warm-up enrichment, idle speed during warm-up, cooling fan activation, and overtemperature protection strategies.

Built to OEM specifications and fitted with a weatherproof Delphi connector, the HT-010300 is a straightforward installation. The included Delphi plug and pins eliminate the need to source additional connectors, and the NTC thermistor output is natively calibrated in all Haltech ECU software platforms.
