Fitment Notes

The Haltech HT-010202 is a universal intake air temperature (IAT) sensor fitted with a 3/8 NPT 18TPI large thread, designed for use with all Haltech ECU platforms. It is the larger-thread counterpart to the HT-010200 (M14 x 1.5), making it the correct choice wherever an NPT thread boss is present - common in domestic intake manifolds, throttle bodies, and custom intercooler piping using American-standard fittings. The sensor provides real-time air temperature data to the ECU, which uses this reading to compensate for air density changes and adjust fuel delivery and ignition timing accordingly.
