• DR System - spacer fits between the wheel and hub using longer wheel bolts, which must be ordered separately
• Does NOT fit Volvo XC90 (P2 platform) - XC90 has a unique 67.1mm center bore
• Primary bolt thread: M12x1.75; some applications require M14x1.5 - verify for your specific model and wheel combination
• Verify bolt head type before ordering (taper, round, or flat) and the required extra length equal to spacer width
• Compatible with both OEM and aftermarket wheels on the 5x108 bolt pattern

Product Description

The H&R 2035650 is a pair of TRAK+ DR Series wheel spacers engineered for a wide range of Volvo 5x108 bolt-pattern vehicles, spanning models from the 740 and 850 series through the S60, S80, V70, XC70, and C70 platforms. At 10mm per spacer (20mm total per axle), these spacers move the wheels outward to fill the fender arches more completely - producing a cleaner, more purposeful stance while simultaneously widening the track width for improved lateral stability and reduced body roll during cornering. The 65mm hubcentric center bore ensures a full-contact hub fit, matching OEM load distribution and eliminating vibration from improperly centered wheels.

Each spacer is precision CNC machined from H&R's proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy and hard anodized for long-term corrosion resistance. The DR System requires longer wheel bolts than stock, which must be ordered separately - verify the bolt head type and thread pitch (M12x1.75 or M14x1.5) before ordering. Note that these spacers do not fit the Volvo XC90 P2 platform due to its unique 67.1mm center bore. Made in Germany and certified to ISO 9001 and TUV standards.
