Product Description

The H&R 29569-2 is a Sport lowering spring set for the 1987-1995 Mercedes-Benz W124 platform, fitting sedan and coupe models including the 260E, 300E, 300CE, 300D, 400E, E320, and E420 in non-4WD, non-Convertible configurations. These springs lower the front and rear approximately 1.3 inches, providing a sportier stance with reduced fender gap while lowering the center of gravity for noticeably improved handling, reduced body roll, and better cornering response. The progressive spring rate design ensures comfortable daily driving with a supple ride at cruising speeds that firms up under spirited cornering for confident control.

Every H&R Sport Spring is crafted from premium 54SiCr6 spring steel rated at 290,000 PSI tensile strength -- among the highest in the industry -- delivering exceptional resilience and durability that far exceeds conventional spring steels. Each spring is shot-peened to increase fatigue life by more than 200%, then powder coated for enhanced corrosion resistance and clean under-car appearance. H&R Sport Springs are compatible with both OE and aftermarket shock absorbers, making them an ideal standalone upgrade or the foundation of a more comprehensive suspension build. Designed, engineered, and manufactured at H&R's ISO 9001 certified facility in Lennestadt, Germany. All H&R products are 100% made in Germany and guaranteed to exceed the highest quality standards.
