The H&R 28714-2 is a set of Sport lowering springs specifically designed for the 2023-2026 Honda Civic Type R FL5 and 2024-2026 Acura Integra Type S DE5, both equipped with the 2.0L K20C1 VTEC Turbo engine and Adaptive Damping System (ADS). These springs lower the front approximately 0.75 inches (20mm) and the rear approximately 0.60 inches (15mm), reducing the fender well gap for a sportier stance while lowering the vehicle's center of gravity for improved handling, balance, and cornering stability. The progressive spring rate design retains superior ride comfort for daily driving while significantly reducing body roll during spirited driving and track sessions.
