Product Description

The H&R 28686-4 is a Sport series progressive lowering spring set for the 2020-2025 BMW M8 Gran Coupe and M8 Competition Gran Coupe (F93). This spring set requires the factory adaptive shock absorbers -- it is not compatible with vehicles equipped with standard passive dampers. The progressive spring rate lowers the M8 Gran Coupe approximately 1.0 inch front and rear, closing the fender gap and lowering the center of gravity for reduced body roll and improved cornering response without requiring a full coilover conversion.

H&R manufactures all Sport springs from 54SiCr6 spring steel at their ISO 9001 certified facility in Lennestadt, Germany -- rated to 290,000 psi tensile strength to resist set and sag over time. The springs are powder coated for corrosion resistance. This part is specific to the F93 Gran Coupe body style; the M8 Coupe (F92) and M8 Convertible (F91) require separate H&R part numbers.
