Product Description

The H&R 28878-5 Sport Springs are a progressive-rate lowering spring set for the 2014-2020 BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe (F36), covering the 428i, 430i, 435i, and 440i in both RWD and xDrive configurations. Manufactured from 54SiCr6 spring steel rated at 290,000 PSI and shot-peened for fatigue resistance, these springs deliver reduced body roll and improved cornering grip while maintaining comfortable daily-driving ride quality.

Lowering varies by drivetrain and factory suspension: RWD models with standard suspension drop approximately 1.1" front / 1.0" rear, while xDrive models with standard suspension drop approximately 1.5" front / 1.2" rear. Sport suspension-equipped vehicles see a more modest drop. Made in Germany and compatible with OEM or aftermarket shocks.
