Product Description

The H&R 28959-1 Sport Springs are a complete front and rear lowering spring set for the 2013-2015 BMW X1 sDrive28i (E84) equipped with rear-wheel drive. These springs lower the vehicle approximately 1.2 inches front and rear on models with standard suspension, closing the fender gap for a more aggressive stance while lowering the center of gravity for improved handling and reduced body roll. The progressive spring rate design delivers a comfortable, compliant ride for daily driving while providing noticeably better cornering performance over the factory springs.

This spring set is engineered exclusively for sDrive (2WD/RWD) X1 models -- xDrive (AWD) models require the companion set H&R 28959-2, which is tuned for the different weight distribution and suspension geometry of the all-wheel-drive configuration. Lowering height will be reduced on vehicles equipped with BMW's factory sport suspension package. Manufactured in Germany from proprietary 54SiCr6 spring steel rated at 290,000 PSI tensile strength, shot-peened for over 200% increased fatigue life, and individually tested at H&R's ISO 9001 certified facility.
