Product Description

The H&R 28880-1 is a Sport series progressive lowering spring set for the 2012-2019 Porsche 911 Carrera and Carrera S (991.1 and 991.2) in RWD configuration -- covering both Coupe and Cabriolet body styles. These springs are compatible with PASM-equipped vehicles and the factory front end lift system, making them a straightforward drop-in upgrade without requiring any suspension component modifications. The progressive rate design lowers the 991 approximately 1.2 inches in front and 1.0 inch in the rear, reducing the fender gap and lowering the center of gravity for improved turn-in response and reduced body roll.

AWD variants (Carrera 4, Carrera 4S) require a different H&R part number -- 28880-1 is RWD only. Performance variants including the GT3, GT3 RS, GT2, Turbo, and GTS are not compatible. All H&R Sport springs are manufactured from 54SiCr6 spring steel at H&R's ISO 9001 certified, TUV approved facility in Lennestadt, Germany, shot-peened for extended fatigue life and powder coated for corrosion resistance.
