Fitment Notes

• Fits all K20 and K24 DOHC VTEC cylinder heads with a 5.5mm valve stem diameter.
• This is the traditional smooth (non-stopper) style intake valve guide. Do not confuse with stopper-style part number 3024-8.
• Oversized variants (+0.001" and +0.003" OD) are sold individually under separate part numbers and are not included in this set.

Product Description

The GSC Power Division 3054-8 is a set of eight standard-size Manganese Bronze intake valve guides engineered specifically for Honda and Acura K20 and K24 DOHC VTEC engines. Made from true C67410 Manganese Bronze, these guides outperform OEM cast iron in both heat dissipation and durability - key factors during aggressive street or track use where valve temperatures rise significantly. The material also provides better natural lubricity, reducing stem-to-guide wear over time.

GSC machines these guides on dedicated CNC turning centers, holding tighter tolerances than most competitors. This means less time on the honing bench for your installer - a practical advantage during head rebuilds. The smooth (non-stopper) design is the traditional style and is the correct choice for most K20/K24 head applications. These guides are compatible with standard 5.5mm valve stems and pair well with GSC's own valve stem seals and performance valves for a complete valvetrain refresh.
