The GSC Power Division 3002-8 is a set of eight traditional smooth-style Manganese Bronze intake valve guides engineered for all Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T engines across DSM platforms and Lancer Evolution I through IX. Made from true C67410 Manganese Bronze rather than OEM-style cast iron, these guides deliver better lubricity, thermal conductivity, and resistance to wear - particularly important on the intake side when running aggressive cam profiles, high lift, or extended high-RPM use.

Precision CNC-turned to industry-leading concentricity tolerances, the 3002-8 minimizes the honing time required during installation on heads with undamaged guide bosses. The shorter intake-specific length (1.670" / 42.42mm vs. 1.950" on the exhaust side) is correctly sized for the 4G63 intake port geometry, ensuring proper valve-to-guide engagement without excess material in the port. For heads requiring bore service, individually sold oversized OD options in +0.001" and +0.003" are available separately.
