The GSC Power Division 3001-8 is a set of eight traditional smooth-style Manganese Bronze exhaust valve guides engineered for all Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T engines found in DSM platforms and Lancer Evolution I through IX. Made from true C67410 Manganese Bronze - rather than cast iron like OEM guides - these guides offer significantly better lubricity, heat dissipation, and long-term wear resistance, especially in high-boost, high-temperature applications where exhaust-side temperatures are most demanding.

Precision CNC-turned to the tightest concentricity tolerances in the segment, these guides require minimal honing during installation when the guide boss is in good condition. This translates to faster head builds and more consistent valve-to-guide clearances across all eight cylinders. The traditional smooth profile makes them a direct replacement for OEM-style exhaust guides without the need for stopper compatibility. For heads requiring bore service, individually sold oversized OD options in +0.001" and +0.003" are available separately.
