Product Description

The GSC Power Division 7026S3 Billet Camshaft Set is engineered for enthusiasts seeking significant performance gains in their 2008-2021 Subaru WRX STI equipped with the EJ257 engine and Dual AVCS. These camshafts are built to suit high horsepower applications, supporting power outputs ranging from 750 to 1000 WHP and a rev range of 4500 to 9500 RPMs.

Constructed from billet material, these camshafts offer enhanced durability and precision over OEM components. The camshaft profiles are optimized for high-performance applications, providing increased lift and duration to maximize airflow and engine efficiency.

To fully utilize the potential of these camshafts, specific engine modifications are required, including a built bottom-end (sleeved or closed deck recommended), built/ported heads (casting must be clearanced for higher lift), and upgraded valve springs. A standalone ECU or tune with speed density is highly recommended for proper idle characteristics.

Please note that due to the lobe size, head castings will need to be machined down for clearance. Proper break-in procedures and the use of high zinc oil are essential for flat tappet engines. Installation should be performed by an experienced technician, and AVCS advance should be checked during installation.
