Product Description

The GReddy 14500572 is a Type A02 "Low Type" traditional diamond shape shift knob in polished finish, designed for 6-speed manual transmissions equipped with a reverse lockout lever. Originally designed for TRUST/GREX sequential transmissions in the 1990s, this iconic JDM knob has been updated with a modern inner-screw insert system that provides 15mm of height adjustability, simple installation, and highly rigid mounting via metal adapters. The "Low Type" design positions the threads higher up on the knob so it sits lower on the shifter -- ideal for vehicles with a reverse lock-out switch that enters the knob from below, with clearance for lockout levers up to 22mm in outer diameter.

The CNC machined polished diamond shape provides excellent ergonomic comfort for both side-grip and overhand shifting styles, with the weighted billet construction delivering a premium feel during spirited gear changes. A blue anodized GReddy badge with O-ring is installed on top, and five shift pattern decals are included for various gate configurations. Three threaded adapter inserts are included to fit the most common Japanese manual transmission thread sizes: M10x1.25 (Nissan, Infiniti, Mitsubishi, Mazda), M10x1.50 (Honda, Acura), and M12x1.25 (Toyota, Lexus, Scion, Subaru). Compatible with popular applications including the Toyota Supra JZA80, 86/FRS/BRZ ZN6, Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR34, and Subaru WRX/STI (GDB, GRB, VAB).
