Fitment Notes

• Installation requires welding and cutting - this is a universal muffler, not a direct bolt-on part. The builder must cut and weld the exhaust piping to integrate the muffler into the existing or custom exhaust routing. Professional fabrication is required.
• Inlet and outlet are both 63.5mm (2.5") diameter - compatible with 2.5" exhaust piping. Verify that the inlet and outlet sizes match your existing or planned piping before ordering.
• A 38mm (1.5") stub of 2.5" piping is included at the back of the muffler body as a welding extension to facilitate attachment of the rear piping or tip section during fabrication.
• The tri-mount tip design is compatible with optional GReddy burnt titanium tip overlays and optional muffler silencers - these accessories are sold separately and allow further customization of sound level and tip appearance after installation.

The single-wall construction keeps the tip profile slim while maintaining visual alignment with the muffler body diameter.

The GReddy 11001125 is the Revolution RS 2.5" universal muffler and tip set - a 140mm round, straight-through muffler built for custom exhaust fabrication projects and for vehicles not covered by GReddy's vehicle-specific exhaust catalog. The Revolution RS is GReddy's racing-sport muffler line, designed around performance-first internal construction: a straight-through core packed with multi-density, high-temperature resistant sound suppression materials that prioritize exhaust flow efficiency while managing the sound frequencies produced by the straight-through design to deliver an aggressive but controlled exhaust note, rather than the raw, unfiltered sound of a simple open-ended straight pipe.

The 140mm (5.5") round body is 300mm (11.8") in length - compact enough for tight custom routing where clearance to vehicle body panels, bumper structures, or suspension components is a constraint. Both the inlet and outlet are 63.5mm (2.5") in diameter, and a 38mm piping stub is provided at the rear of the muffler body as a welding extension to simplify attachment of rear piping or a secondary tip section during fabrication. A 103mm (4.0") single-wall stainless steel tip with the GReddy laser-etched logo is welded non-removably to the muffler outlet. The tip uses a tri-mount attachment system - three-point mounting between the tip and muffler body - that accepts an optional GReddy burnt titanium tip overlay or an optional muffler silencer insert (both sold separately), allowing post-installation customization of tip appearance and sound character without removing or modifying the installed muffler.
