The GiroDisc CCRK2-032 is the rear brake caliper rebuild kit for the Porsche 996 Carrera / Turbo and 997.1 Carrera / Carrera S / 4S / GTS - the companion rear kit to the CCRK1-032 front caliper kit for these same platforms. These rear calipers use 28mm and 30mm pistons, and this kit includes all piston seals and dust boots needed to fully restore one rear caliper to factory operating condition. Components are manufactured to GiroDisc's own specifications in silicone for improved heat resistance and chemical resistance compared to standard rubber.

Rear caliper seal degradation is a common maintenance item on these Porsche models, especially those that have seen track use where sustained brake temperatures accelerate wear on the piston seals and dust boots.
