Product Description

The GiroDisc D1-242 replacement ring lets 2020-2024 Corvette C8 Z51 owners renew the wear surface of their front GiroDisc 2-piece rotors without buying an entirely new rotor assembly, reusing the existing aluminum hat for significant cost savings over time. Each 345mm ring is made from GiroDisc's proprietary cast iron, poured and machined entirely in-house in the USA to the same specification as their complete rotor assemblies.

Sold as a pair complete with new mounting hardware and reassembly instructions, this ring is engineered to work exclusively with GiroDisc's own front hats - it's not designed for use with hats from other manufacturers or factory 2-piece rotor systems. For track-driven C8 Z51 owners already running the GiroDisc rotor system, this is the intended path for keeping braking performance consistent as the wear surface reaches the end of its service life.
