The GiroDisc A1-239 front brake rotor system is a premium two-piece floating rotor upgrade engineered for the 2009-2015 Cadillac CTS-V and 2012-2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory front brake rotors, it bolts directly to the OE Brembo calipers while preserving factory brake bias and ABS operation. The lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum hats and high-carbon cast iron rotor rings reduce unsprung mass, improving steering response, braking consistency, and suspension performance.

Each rotor utilizes a racing-derived curved vane design that efficiently pumps cooling air through the disc, helping control operating temperatures during aggressive street driving and track use. The floating hardware incorporates high-strength alloy steel drive pins with anti-noise spring washers, allowing thermal expansion while minimizing noise. When the rotor rings reach their service limit, they can be replaced independently, reducing future maintenance costs while retaining the original aluminum hats.
