Product Description

The Gibson 91000B is a complete dual rear exhaust system for the 2019-2025 Honda Talon 1000X and 2019-2024 Talon 1000R, built from 2.25 in. T304 stainless steel tubing and finished with 4 in. black ceramic dual wall slash-cut tips. Gibson's louvered and chambered muffler design eliminates internal packing -- delivering consistent sound and performance over the lifetime of the system with no degradation. Sound level is tested at 93 dB per SAE J1287, and a USFS Approved Spark Arrestor is included for trail-legal use on public lands.

The compression spring fitting absorbs trail impacts and chassis flex, eliminating the risk of breakage under hard off-road use.
