Gibson Performance Headers replace the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds on the 6.8L V10 Super Duty and Excursion, letting the engine breathe far more freely for real gains in usable low and mid-range horsepower and torque -- right where these trucks need it most for towing and daily driving. Dyno-tuned and engineered specifically for this application, these headers also help the engine run cooler for improved long-term reliability.

Mandrel-bent 1.5" primary tubing in heavy-duty 16-gauge 409 stainless steel delivers consistent, unrestricted flow, while laser-cut 3/8" port flanges resist warping and leaking. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on job using the stock crossover pipe -- no welding required, and factory warranty remains unaffected.
