Fitment Notes

• Supplied with a MAC 3-port solenoid - best suited for turbo systems where the highest target boost is less than double the gate pressure, or where the wastegate has a single port only; for dual-port wastegate systems where highest target boost exceeds double gate pressure, or systems using 2-step/anti-lag that blows the wastegate open during spool-up, the GFB 3008 (includes MAC 4-port solenoid) is the correct choice

The Go Fast Bits 3005 G-Force III is GFB's flagship electronic boost controller, combining advanced closed-loop boost management, real-time AFR monitoring, and a feature set that rivals units costing significantly more - all in a compact half-DIN package. At its core, the G-Force III delivers closed-loop boost control with six individually programmable presets, each with separately tunable peak boost, rise rate, and correction strength. This level of per-preset granularity means the controller can be configured for completely different driving scenarios - a conservative street map, an aggressive track setting, a low-boost rain mode, and a high-boost qualifying preset - all accessible instantly at the touch of a button or via a wired remote trigger connected to any ground-switching device, including ECU outputs.

The Scramble function is one of the G-Force III's most versatile tools. Configured as an entirely separate boost preset with its own peak boost and rise rate, Scramble can be activated from the on-screen button or via a wired input, and held for a user-defined time period before automatically returning to the previously selected preset. This makes it ideal for push-to-pass overtaking, launch control integration, towing load compensation, or as an emergency boost reduction trigger. When connected to a wideband O2 controller via the analogue auxiliary input, the G-Force III also functions as a real-time AFR/Lambda display - eliminating the need for a separate gauge and, more critically, providing active lean-mixture protection that automatically cuts boost and triggers a visible warning if the engine runs lean at high boost. The overboost protection system operates independently of AFR and will also cut boost and flash the display if boost exceeds the user-set safety limit.

The head unit measures 53.5 x 91.5 mm and is sized for a standard half-DIN stereo slot, with included double-sided mounting tape as an alternative for surface installation anywhere in the cabin. The 3005 is supplied with a MAC 3-port solenoid valve, wiring loom, boost hose, fittings, and mounting hardware - everything needed for a complete installation.
