The Gates 27004 is a 25-foot bulk roll of Safety Stripe fuel line, PCV, and evaporative emission control (EEC) hose in 3/8-inch inner diameter. It is designed for use on return fuel lines, PCV valve connections, and EEC system hoses across a wide range of Ford, Mercury, and other domestic vehicles. The hose features a nitrile inner tube that resists fuel, oil, and heat, paired with a nitrile/PVC blend cover that stands up to ozone, weathering, and underhood temperatures up to 257°F.

Sold as a 25-foot roll that can be cut to length for any application, this hose is ideal for techs and DIYers who need a versatile, shop-quality solution for multiple hose runs or custom-length repairs. It meets SAE J30R7 and DIN 73379 standards and is approved for use with gasoline, diesel, E85, methanol, and ether-blended fuels. Note that this hose is rated for 50 psi and is not appropriate for high-pressure fuel injection supply lines - applications requiring higher-rated hose should use Gates' Barricade (27315) or a comparable fuel injection-rated hose instead.
