The Gates 27021 Fuel Line Hose is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose hose designed for fuel system return lines, PCV/EEC plumbing, tank-vent and fuel-return applications in passenger cars, light or heavy trucks, diesel systems, and custom fuel setups. Its rugged construction - featuring a nitrile inner tube and spiral-reinforced core - delivers durability, kink resistance, and long-term reliability even under demanding conditions.

With an inside diameter of ¾ inch and a full 250-foot bulk length, 27021 gives you maximum flexibility: you can cut exactly the length needed for your installation or custom routing. The hose resists gasoline, diesel, and fuel blends including ethanol/methanol, and withstands temperatures from -40 °F to +257 °F. Because of its 35 psi pressure rating and 10 in Hg vacuum rating, it is well suited for low-pressure fuel return and vent systems - but it is **not** designed for high-pressure fuel-injection lines.
