Product Description

The Garrett 934118-5003S is the G-Series II G30-825 complete turbocharger assembly with a 0.83 A/R V-Band / V-Band internal wastegate configuration. As the second generation of Garrett's G30 platform, the G-Series II features updated compressor aerodynamics delivering up to 10% more flow than the original G-Series Gen I G30, while remaining backward-compatible with Gen I turbine and compressor housings - allowing builders with existing G30 setups to upgrade the CHRA without changing their manifold, downpipe, or compressor housing.

Rated for 475-825 HP across 2.0L-3.5L engine displacements, the G30-825 with the 0.83 A/R turbine housing is well-suited for street and mild track builds where fast spool and responsive boost delivery are the priority. The internal wastegate design with the included 0.5 bar actuator eliminates the need for an external wastegate, simplifying the installation. This turbo ships fully assembled and calibrated - ready to install. The compressor housing includes a machined speed sensor port for optional overspeed monitoring via a compatible Garrett sensor kit.
