Product Description

The Fuelab 86824 is a 868 PRO Series extreme flow inline fuel pre-filter rated at 10 GPM with -12AN male inlet and outlet ports. Equipped with a 6-inch 100 micron stainless steel mesh element, it is specifically designed for pre-pump installation - placed upstream of the fuel pump to prevent debris from causing cavitation or premature pump wear. The 100 micron coarse element delivers extremely low pressure drop to ensure the pump receives an unrestricted fuel supply, especially critical in high-flow and high-horsepower applications.

The cleanable and reusable stainless steel element eliminates recurring replacement costs and is well-suited for harsh racing environments. The billet aluminum body features machined internal radii for minimal restriction and a machined hex on the outer sleeve for easy service access. For complete fuel system protection, pair this pre-filter with a finer 6 or 40 micron post-pump filter (such as the Fuelab 86833 or 86813) to protect injectors from fine particulates.
