Product Description

The Fuelab 49440 is a 494 Series high-output in-tank electric fuel pump rated at 340 LPH (90 GPH) at 45 PSI. With an 80mm body length and 22mm center inlet, it is designed to drop into most OE and aftermarket fuel pump hanger assemblies with minimal modification. It supports gasoline, E85, and ethanol blend fuels, making it a versatile upgrade for both naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI builds, as well as carbureted applications.

Every 49440 unit is individually tested before shipment and includes a serialized flow and current draw data report unique to that pump - a level of quality assurance uncommon at this price point. The internal check valve maintains residual fuel pressure after the engine is shut off, aiding hot restarts and reducing vapor lock. Comes complete with a rubber sleeve, end cap, pre-filter, hose, clamps, and wire leads for a straightforward installation.
