The Fuelab 49465 is a 494 Series high-output in-tank electric fuel pump rated at 325 LPH (80 GPH) at 45 PSI, featuring an inline inlet configuration where the 11mm inlet aligns directly with the 9mm outlet. The compact 67mm OE-style body is engineered to fit most stock fuel pump hanger assemblies with minimal modification, making it one of the more direct drop-in options in the 494 lineup. It supports gasoline, E85, and ethanol-blend fuels for both carbureted and EFI applications.

Like all 494 Series pumps, every 49465 is individually serialized and shipped with a flow and current draw data report for that specific unit. An internal check valve retains system pressure after shutdown for reliable hot restarts. The inline inlet orientation (OE configuration) distinguishes this pump from the center inlet (49440) and offset inlet (49441) variants - confirming the correct inlet style for your hanger is essential before ordering.
