Product Description

The FOX 985-24-226 is a 2.0 Performance Series IFP smooth body front shock designed for 1988-1997 Nissan Patrol GR Y60 and 1997-2019 Nissan Patrol Y61 with stock to 1.5" front lift. Engineered specifically for the international Patrol platform, it delivers race-proven IFP mono-tube damping performance in a direct bolt-on package. The Internal Floating Piston keeps oil and nitrogen fully separated across all operating temperatures, ensuring fade-free damping during extended off-road runs or long-distance touring.

The 2.0" impact-extruded aluminum body dissipates heat significantly faster than conventional steel and resists corrosion in the muddy and dusty environments typical of Patrol use. Teflon-lined spherical bearings and a redundant three-stage seal system deliver long service life with minimal maintenance. Sold individually - order two for a complete front axle replacement. Factory mounting hardware is reused for installation.
