The Fox 985-24-079 2.0 Performance Series rear shock is designed to improve rear suspension control and ride quality on classic Land Rover vehicles including Defender (1983-2014), Discovery (1989-1998), and Range Rover Classic (1971-1994). Its smooth body and Internal Floating Piston (IFP) technology separate shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas, reducing aeration for consistent damping performance whether cruising on pavement or tackling challenging off-road terrain. Precision-tuned valving and a race-developed high-flow piston provide balanced handling tailored to these iconic 4WD platforms.

Built with a rigid 2.0" impact-extruded aluminum body and CNC-machined components, this shock resists corrosion, increases heat dissipation, and enhances long-term durability.
