Product Description

The FOX 803-35-014 Billet Upper Control Arm Kit is the first step in building a mid-travel suspension for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD. FOX engineers evaluated the factory front geometry and optimized these UCAs specifically for this chassis, delivering caster correction that restores proper alignment after a lift while maximizing droop travel for greater wheel articulation off-road. The added caster also reduces high-speed wander, giving more confident steering response on both pavement and dirt.

Each arm is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum in the USA and Type II anodized in black with laser-etched FOX logos. The 1.25" hard chrome plated uniball at the pivot and 3/4" chromoly heim joint at the steering knuckle dramatically extend service life over the rubber bushings used in OEM control arms, while stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts ensure a precise, reliable fit. Compatible with the OEM ride height sensor -- hardware included. Does not fit Raptor, Raptor R, Lightning, or 2WD models. Backed by FOX's limited lifetime warranty.
