Product Description

The FOX 803-35-007 is the Billet Upper Control Arm Kit in Orange for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, engineered specifically for lifted builds running 1-3 inches of lift. When a truck is lifted, the factory upper control arm geometry is compromised - the ball joint angle changes, caster is thrown off, and the available suspension droop travel is reduced. The result is premature ball joint wear, steering wander at highway speeds, and a suspension that cannot fully articulate off-road. The FOX 803-35-007 corrects all three issues simultaneously.

FOX's engineers developed the geometry of this UCA specifically for the 2024+ Tacoma platform, dialing in the caster correction and droop travel increase needed to restore proper handling and maximize the performance of FOX coilover and shock systems on the Tacoma. The arms are CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum with Type II anodized orange finish and laser-etched FOX logos for long-term corrosion resistance and a premium appearance. The 1.25-inch hard chrome-plated uniballs with PTFE liners allow greater range of motion than factory rubber bushings while controlling noise, and the 3/4-inch chromoly heim joints provide caster adjustability and durability.
