The FOX 985-24-275 Performance Series 2.0 IFP rear shock is engineered specifically for 2024-2026 Ford Ranger 4WD models in compatible XL, XLT, and Lariat configurations. Designed for vehicles with 0-1 inch of rear lift, the shock provides application-specific damping intended to improve ride control, reduce unwanted body movement, and increase suspension performance.

The shock uses a 2.0-inch clear-anodized aluminum body and an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen. This design helps maintain consistent damping and improve resistance to performance fade, while the 5/8-inch hard-chrome-plated heat-treated alloy-steel shaft provides durable operation in demanding conditions.
