Product Description

The FOX 985-24-191 is a 2.0 Performance Series reservoir smooth body shock built for the front end of 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks running 1.5 to 3.5 inches of lift. Its aluminum body uses a metal-impacted, clear anodized finish that dissipates heat faster than a traditional steel shock body, while the external reservoir adds oil and nitrogen capacity for consistent, race-inspired performance.

A race-developed, high-flow damping piston is matched with application-specific valving for predictable ride quality across rough road conditions, backed by redundant sealing packs and nitrile rubber bushings for smooth articulation and long-term durability. Every component, including the black anodized billet reservoir clamp, is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.

Installation reuses your truck's factory shock mounting bolts, with all other necessary hardware included -- shock boots, roost shields, and mounting plates are sold separately. This shock is not compatible with trucks equipped with Magnetic Ride Suspension. Sold individually and backed by FOX's 1-year limited warranty.
