The FOX 981-25-040 Factory Race Series 2.5" bump stop is a premium off-road suspension accessory designed to improve bottom-out control and extend usable travel on high-performance vehicles. Its hydraulic design harnesses race-proven damping technology and a FOX Air Valve (FAV) for fine-tuned nitrogen charge adjustments so you can dial in suspension feel and bottoming resistance specific to your setup.

Constructed with a robust chromoly steel shaft, CNC-machined aluminum parts, and a proprietary Cerakote® finish for corrosion resistance, this Factory Race bump stop is both serviceable and rebuildable for long-term use. The stem-mount top allows flexible integration into custom or vehicle-specific brackets (not included), making it ideal for lifted trucks, desert buggies, rock crawlers, and other off-road builds where maximizing suspension travel and minimizing harsh bottom-outs are priorities.
